


The draft Measurement of Soil Carbon Sequestration in Agricultural Systems method is open for public consultation from today until 2 October 2017. The new method is a hybridisation of two previous methodologies that aims to increase the range of eligible farming systems capable of utilising ‘soil amendments’ (defined as a substance to improve the health of soil) to create more effective carbon sinks.
