Horticulture Code of Conduct Begins

From April 1, the National Horticulture Code of Conduct was replaced by a new code, Competition and Consumer (Industry Codes—Horticulture) Regulations 2017 (Cth). There is a transition period of one year for existing agreements to facilitate compliance with the new code.
